Returns & Making things right.
you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to contact us about an issue or request a return.
items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. please include your order number or proof of purchase.
we’d like to talk it through first. an exchange, replacement, or another solution might make more sense. we’ll explore those options with you.
returns are subject to review and approval. please contact us before sending anything back. if approved, we’ll confirm the next steps.
Check your order when it arrives.
please inspect your items upon arrival. if anything is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, let us know immediately. include your order number and photos where possible so we can work with you to make it right.
EU orders.
you have 14 days after delivery to cancel or request a return, for any reason. please include proof of purchase and keep the item unworn and unused, with its tags and original packaging wherever possible. your statutory right to inspect the item still applies.
Sale items & Gift cards.
we don’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards, except where required by law, including applicable eu cancellation rights.
